Noelia is a National Board Certified Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the counseling field. She begun her career in Buenos Aires, Argentina, studying Psychology and co-founding the non-profit agency ABC (Asociados por el Bienestar Comun), which serves at-risk minority youths and their families. She then moved to Florida, where she received her Bachelors in Psychology with Honors (Summa Cum Laude) and her Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. While conducting her studies, Noelia volunteered her services at the Faulk Center for Counseling (Boca Raton), facilitating support groups for Seniors, for Alzheimer's patients, and play-therapy groups for children. In addition, she volunteered as a Community Mentor for the Broward Sheriff Office Diversion Program, providing conflict resolution to first-time juvenile offenders and their victims.

She worked as a Counselor Intern for the Florida Atlantic University Counseling Center, conducting individual, couples and family counseling as well as support groups (art-therapy, substance abuse) and workshops (test-anxiety, stress-management, healthy relationships, grief, etc.) She was then offered a Post-Masters Internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling, providing counseling to individuals, couples and families, and facilitating a Woman's Issues support group.

After that, Noelia worked for two and a half years as a therapist at South County Mental Health Center (Delray Beach, Florida), providing counseling services to a severely mentally ill population (clients with psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorders, PTSD, bipolar, dual-diagnosis, cognitive decline, etc.) In 2011 she opened her private practice in Fort Lauderdale, providing individual, couples and family therapy, and life and relationship coaching.

Noelia moved her private practice to Madison, Wisconsin in 2014. In addition, Noelia worked as the Latino-Families Therapist at Canopy Center, in Madison WI, helping children and families overcome trauma and abuse .

Currently, Noelia has an established boutique private practice serving clients from New Jersey, Florida, Chicago and Wisconsin, where she offers a confidential, discreet and safe environment were clients can develop awareness, become empowered and achieve growth, improving their relationship with themselves and with others.

Noelia utilizes an eclectic and evidence-based treatment modality that combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-education, and Trauma-Focused interventions. Her practice provides Telehealth counseling to meet clients’ needs. Noelia is fully Bilingual and conducts therapy in Spanish as well.
